Welcome to Raydium (raydium-exch.gr.com). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our decentralized finance platform specializing in automated market making and liquidity provision on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using raydium-exch.gr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Raydium at raydium-exch.gr.com (“the Site”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and accept all obligations outlined herein. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Raydium is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform on the Solana blockchain that enables users to:
- Engage in automated market making (AMM) for digital assets
- Provide liquidity to supported pools
- Swap supported Solana-based tokens
- Participate in yield farming and other DeFi activities as available
All interactions occur on a non-custodial basis using smart contracts. Raydium does not hold or control user funds at any time.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to use the Site and services.
- You must not be a resident, citizen, or entity organized in any jurisdiction where the use of decentralized finance platforms or blockchain-based services is prohibited by law or regulation.
- By using raydium-exch.gr.com, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your blockchain wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any other credentials used to interact with the Site.
- All transactions initiated through Raydium are irreversible and final. You are fully responsible for verifying the details of every transaction before confirming.

- Participation in DeFi, automated market making, and liquidity provision involves significant risks, including but not limited to loss of principal, impermanent loss, and vulnerabilities in smart contracts or blockchain infrastructure.
- Raydium does not guarantee the security of your assets or the performance of any pools, tokens, or protocols.
- You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using blockchain technology and decentralized protocols.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on raydium-exch.gr.com are the property of Raydium or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without prior written consent from Raydium, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Raydium may display or link to third-party websites, protocols, DApps, or services (“Third-Party Services”). Raydium does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Service, and your use of such services is at your own risk.
